7 day cooling off period.

'No Quibble Guarantee' is subject to the following only:

The items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Items must be returned to the address shown on the delivery note.

Returns can only be accepted during working hours (9-5) and during working days (Monday to Friday).

An administration fee of £2.70 applies to returned items from Wales, Scotland, England, Northern Ireland, Ireland. From other destinations please call. Sorry but we are not able to accept returns on bespoke items.

The customer is responsible for the delivery costs to our warehouse.
